Infini was founded in 2014 by Dr. Vikas Patil and Sameer Alone with a clear and powerful intent — to bridge the gap between education and employability in the construction industry, guided by strong values of Integrity, Ownership, and Outcome Focus.

At a time when thousands of civil engineers and architects were graduating with degrees but struggling to find meaningful opportunities, the founders envisioned a system that goes beyond classroom learning.

Their goal was simple yet transformative: To eradicate unemployment in civil engineering by building truly industry-ready professionals, while collaborating with industry to create a Hire–Train–Retain ecosystem.
