On-Site internship at Infini is a golden opportunity for leaners to find profile of interest and deserve it before desiring. This 7-month exposure is so rich that learners become equivalent to those of having 3-4 yrs of experience and literally beat them in interview.
Many benefits are focused mainly to develop observation & analytical sills & learn all necessary practical applications to build confidence and handle responsibilities. Unlike in other courses/institutes, in Infini, projects and sites are carefully selected to get best exposure. Fast projects of reputed companies are targeted. Site mentors having 20 to 40 yrs of vast experience are appointed as site mentors to groom. Exposure of all departments viz. Execution, Estimation, Billing, Planning, Quality and Procurement is aimed. Monthly progress reviews are conducted. Respective company contributes into this by allowing interns in internal trainings, toolbox talks, audits etc.
Pre internship training (1.5 months): Before sending students for internship all are properly prepared for it. They are well trained into basics of planning, estimation, BBS, rate analysis, quality control and daily execution of site. Workshops of Market survey, drawing reading, surveying are conducted. Excel and MS Project software are taught to build confidence. Behavioural training is also imparted.
Initial internship (3.5 months): To learn site / work culture, adaptability to site situation, understand standard operating processes and methods, improve observation & analytical skills, get hand-on experience to know pain of workers and labourers, to find productivities and learn from site issues, attend night concreting, attend site visits of consultant for checking and auditing, understand various NOCs and process of resolving NCs, avoid rework. To know roles of various engineers and find area of interest is the final output of this internship.
Projects allotted based on career interest of learner - into Real estate, industrial and infra, mostly in Pune / nearby sites.
Post internship training (2 months) : Learners are groomed into advance level of technical subjects and behavioural skills. Software training of Primavera, Revit and application of BIM for project management is taught. Campus to corporate training and interviewing skills are taught.
Advance level internship (3.5 months): Each one is assured to get exposure of job responsibilities as per area of interest selected in the initial internship. It aims to become job ready by actually handling the work responsibilities during this period. It is provided all over India.
