Instructions to follow before filling the form

IMPORTANT : The form is to be filled and submitted in one go without time delay/errors. Separate form to be filled if you are applying for more than 1 course. Ensure that you have all the information & documents available with you. You may keep your answers ready in typed format to be copy pasted. Ensure stable internet connection and battery back up as in case of power / net failure you may lose the information and need to fill the form again. Better to fill it using laptop / PC. Refer eligibility criteria before filling out form. Better to fill the form using PC or Laptop.
Keep ready photos or scanned copies of documents (size less than 200 kb each & in pdf /DOC / DOCX / JPG / PNG / JPEG format only). List :10th Certificate, 12th Marksheet, latest marksheet, degree Certificate, Experience certificates, proof of parent's profession if from farming or govt. employee, your latest photo in professional attire.
Give appropriate name to the file while saving soft copies of your documents e.g. your surname & name_title of the certificate (e.g. Patil Sachin_10th Certificate )
Applicants are required to pay an application fee of ₹ 750 for the PGP–CPM program and ₹ 500 for MDP / eMDP / EDP programs.
Mode of Payment: Online payment via NEFT or UPI. Keep the transaction details or payment screenshot ready for upload while submitting the application form. (NEFT to : HDFC Bank, A/c no. : 50200009999250 IFSC: HDFC0000149 OR Gpay to 9881144543 - name Sameersinh Alone)
